Meet Sam
I'm a fitness-obsessed South African living in London, with a background in classical ballet and contemporary dance. After three years in banking, I followed my passion for movement and became a qualified Barre instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2020.
When I couldn’t find a London-based Barre class that truly resonated with me, I created my own — blending my favourite elements from dance, Pilates, and strength training to help clients sculpt and strengthen their bodies in a sustainable, feel-good way.
In 2024, I became a certified pre/ post-natal trainer shortly after discovering I was pregnant. Having been through the journey, I’m passionate about empowering other women to move safely and confidently during every stage of pregnancy and recovery.
With experience in the corporate world, I understand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle - and I bring high energy, empathy, and a deep love for movement into every class and personal training session.
